Shipping & Delivery

Usually we delivery by EMS.Most goods are delivered within 10~ 15 working days and in some rare cases may take longer, such as; bad weather, high volume of cargo, warehouse shortages etc. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. Your shipment will include a tracking number and will require your signature on arrival. 

Notes

If there are any charges or taxes in the country of destination, the customer is responsible for those expenses. Please, accurately provide a forwarding address to assure delivery. P.O. Box address will not be accepted. Our company no liability for goods lost as a result of poor or incorrectly submitted forwarding details.


Lost Packages 
Goods that have not been received within 6 weeks are regarded as lost and a replacement (if in stock) will be dispatched. In the event that a replacement is not available, the customer may exchange the purchase amount for another product or accept a refund.


Custom Clearance

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.


Prohibited Countries
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we regretfully do not deliver to the following countries due to high instances of internet fraud
Ukraine, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Pakistan,and Nigeria.


Warning 
We will notify and cooperate with relevant authorities and/or law enforcement agencies regarding any persons found to be acting in a fraudulent or criminal manner. If your return address is web based email (I.E. Hotmail, yahoo mail, etc.) you must provide us with a contact phone number that you can be reached in the hours following your order to confirm and prevent possible fraud.
If you would like your order shipped to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may require additional verification from you about your order.

Returns & Exchange
We will exchange or refund your purchase within 3 days upon receiving the products. Products must be unworn and remain the same condition as what you received them.

Return
1. You must email us prior to returning any item by indicating your exchange reason. We will then give you shipping information for the return;
2. We will provide a refund only if you return the goods (not worn or damaged) that were received damaged or not as described within 30 days of receipt. Any deliberate damage won't be accepted;
3. Once your return is received and inspected by us(usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
4. You can not cancel the order which successfully paid after three working days!
After consultation, if you still need to cancel the order , we will deduct the shipping fee: EMS :7 usd OR DHL: 20 usd
5. You need to pay the restocking fee (EMS :7 usd OR DHL: 20 usd) if you want to return the products without quality problem!
6. The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer.

Exchange
In order for us to properly process your exchange, we kindly ask that the customer completes the following steps:
1. Provide your shipping information; this is where we'll send your item;
2. Tell us what you're returning (please include model number, color, and size);
3. Tell us what you would like in exchange (please include model number, color, and size), if applicable;
4. Inform us the reason for your return;
5. Send package via a traceable shipping method and obtain a copy of your tracking number.
